Barbara graduated from Bond University and she is currently employed as a real estate lawyer at KPA Lawyers in Mississauga, Ontario.


She has experience representing clients in residential real estate matters for purchase and sale transactions on used homes and condominiums, new build agreements, refinancing transactions and mortgages with A, B and private lenders.

She is skilled in the preparation, review and/or registration of Teraview documentation (i.e. transfers, charges, application generals, vesting applications, etc.)

Refinancing allows a borrower to obtain a better interest term and/or rate. The borrower's first loan gets fully paid, which allows the second loan to be created. This process avoids merely creating a new mortgage and throwing out the original mortgage.

We don't do "fine print" hidden pricing. Here's what you need to know.

For homes over $1,000,000, an extra $50 applies for every additional $100,000 in value.

For example, if a home closes at $1,100,000, then the legal fee to represent a vendor would be $849.99+HST and the legal fee to represent a buyer would be $949.99+HST.
